I ordered a bouquet for a friend coming out of hospital. The bouquet was beautiful but not as the picture The flower yard remedied the situation immediately. Excellent service and lovely flowers. One observation is they should state that the flowers may differ due to availability.

The Flower Yard made up a gorgeous bouquet for my partner, and delivered it to Hackney the same day. The flowers were incredibly fresh, and the arrangement looked exactly as it did online - truly tastefully assembled and so elegant. I ordered online and followed up with a call - just to be sure. They answered the phone quickly, and were very friendly. The Flower Yard is my new go-to florist. Highly recommend!!

Very good and quick professional service

Flowers unfortunately only lasted a few days - expected more given the price. Had also ordered hyacinths which were not part of the bouquet and unhelpfully no refund or gesture was offered. Will not be ordering again from this shop.

Reassured via phone that in person delivery (flat/s), also time. Delivery celebrating anniversary. Delivery did not arrive at specified time. No communication (phone/text/door buzzer). Recipient/s found flowers on doorstep later that night. Flowers content differed from advetised photo. Would not have selected differing selection. Will stick to original plan; going into local shop front florist. Front line staff not to blame: no doubt pressured & low paid. Poor attention to detail fault of management.

I made a mistake in my order, and emailed to correct it, asking for an acknowledgment, which didn’t come. The order was fulfilled correctly, but a quick email would have avoided some anxiety. Apparently the flowers are lovely, though they don’t look much like the picture on the website.

I sent 'Simple and Graceful' as a thank you gift. I saw them on a video call and I was very impressed as they looked fresh, beautiful and just like the photo. Apparently there were enough to fill two vases and the recipient was thrilled with them.

The service was excellent and delivery was on time. Flowers are very lovely.

I received a voice mail to say that there was was a problem with the delivery of flowers for my sister-in-law’s birthday on Friday. When I called back Maria (I think her name was) was so helpful. Even though the Flower Yard was closed she made up the bouquet and delivered it herself. I was so grateful

My only disappointment was shop not getting back to me [responding] on my initial enquiry with regards to the order. This could have been handled better considering the telephone number on the website does not seem to work..

The order was very easy to place and when I realised I’d made a mistake I was able to call the shop and they dealt with the problem quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed to send flowers urgently and was amazed at how quickly the delivery time was! The flowers I ordered online took less than an hour between order and delivery and they were beautiful and very fresh. The delivery cost of £8 was very reasonable for the urgent delivery required. Very good follow up communication and lovely delivery person! Definitely good value for money for lovely flowers and excellent service.

I was a little concerned about delivery and called The Flower Yard a couple of times and the lovely lady on the phone was very patient and very helpful. The flowers were gorgeous.

I sent my sister a bouquet of flowers from Flower Yard. They certainly delivered in both presentation and scent. Lots of care was taken to present it creatively.The bouquet looked exactly like the photograph on the website. I would not hesitate in ordering from Flower Yard again.

The roses in the arrangement were beautiful but the soft and graceful look promised was spoiled by the spiky purple thistle (?) and the agapanthus. I don't see dark bluish purple as a soft, graceful addition. And my friend loathes purple! Also the greens were harsh and dark (my friend threw them away.)
I understand seasonal issues, but the photo implies pale soft colors to support the cream roses.
I did appreciate the ease of ordering and same-day delivery.

The bouquet I ordered was just right, sombre, delicate & beautiful. This was for my Auntie on the death of my Uncle. I don't see any point sending flowers to a funeral, they get left & forgotten. My Auntie loved these & they get to stay a while with her. Highly recommended, left in a safe place as she was not at home. Prices are very good, communications from the florist was brilliant. Will definitely use again but hopefully for a happier occasion.
