The Flower Yard delivers to the London area using our own drivers, with national bouquets made by us and delivered by DPD. Delivery Charges apply. The Flower Yard can offer same day delivery with orders placed before 2pm on that day. Flowers will be delivered from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8 am and 9pm. We do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays. Delivery charges are stated when placing order online or by phone. For specific delivery times, there will be a surcharge. Please call to confirm. Saturday deliveries incur a surcharge as stated when ordering. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please make sure when placing your order that you have given us the full postal address of the recipient, any special instructions and your contact details including mobile or daytime telephone number.

Special Instructions includes deliveries to hospitals, hotels and offices.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
We will always endeavour to deliver your flowers within the proposed allocated time slot and in perfect condition. If the recipient is not at the address when our drivers try to deliver, a card will be left advising where the flowers have been left, or a with contact number to ring for re-scheduling the delivery. If there is somewhere for the flowers to be left safely, we will do this, so the recipient receives the flowers on the day requested. If there is nowhere to leave the flowers safely and after 2 failed delivery attempts a re-delivery charge of £12 will apply. The Flower Yard will not be held responsible for delivery of goods to incorrect addresses. You must check the delivery details when making your order, so that we can provide the best service. We provide what is an extremely challenging service with flowers being delivered across London. Please accept that sometimes due to the nature of how a major city is set up, roadworks/traffic jams etc, there may be a delay on the odd occasion. We work really hard to provide the best service possible, but sometimes somethings are out of our control.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

During the week on the lead up to Christmas, DPD, our carrier for deliveries outside of London, may limit service. We will work hard to ensure all flowers are delivered before Christmas but cannot guarantee as DPD work as a third party to ourselves, and we have no ownership. Flowers may also take 1 day longer to arrive due to the shear amount of parcels being sent, and the limited number of vans/drivers DPD own/employ.

AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you would like to amend or cancel the order please notify us by telephone on 0207 351 5250, 24 hours before the delivery date.

RETURNS POLICY
Due to their perishable nature flowers are non returnable, however if your flower delivery is incorrect or damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality of your bouquet please call The Flower Yard direct on 0207 351 5250. We will endeavour to exchange your goods within 24 hours or offer a full refund.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute some  of the contents or packaging with an item of equal or greater value. The substituted items will closely match the original choice. Should we feel that the order cannot be processed due to lack of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.

The personal information that you give us will enable us to process your order. We may use this information to contact you about our great offers or promotions and so that we can improve and develop the services that we offer.
