We ordered the Spray Rose Garden flowers for a good friend post operation. They were beautiful and arrived on time (although had to pay extra for the same day delivery).

It was a gift so I didn’t see the flowers but the recipient - who has v high standards and also I did ask for her honest response - was v pleased. I ordered a different delivery a few weeks back for another friend, of similar standards (!) who also told me the bunch was exceptionally lovely.

The flowers actually come wrapped in plastic, I think the image including the basket is misleading. The flowers were quite different from the image but still a nice bunch of flowers. This is the second time I’ve used this service and the delivery time frame has been fairly reliable and well communicated.

Very nice roses and prompt delivery. I would suggest to change the picture on the website and put a bouquet image as this is what arrives. Very beautiful but different from the picture.
I am very dissatisfied with your services, because I ordered the Spray Rose Garden bouquet but a completely different arrangement was delivered. Also the delivery took too long and the communication with the shop was deficient. I can provide pictures as well, if needed.

Mother and daughter celebrating mutual birthdays were very pleased with the flowers.
Absolutely beautiful arrangement my daughter-in-law delighted with them especially as I purchased a vase with then so she didn’t have to do anything but put them in a prominent spot. Will definitely use them again.

The flowers were lovely but my message which I submitted and the chocolates I ordered were not delivered. The recipient did not know who sent the flowers! Will you be sending them the chocolates which I paid for or should I take up this matter with American Express. Please get back to me - I have no response to my email in which I mentioned this. Thank you.
Very easy to order, signed up for text messages. Only received 1 message to say on way. Had to call to check the delivery was made, I don't know what the bouquet looked like so can not comment. Overall the service was good.

It was delivered in a timely way but didn’t look anything like the photo. White and red instead of all pink. This was disappointing.

A bouquet of flowers was sent as a birthday present. They were delivered the same day, beautifully arranged and the person for whom the flowers were intended was extremely pleased with the colours, the quality and the service.
The flowers arrived late in the day at 7pm which wasnt very practical for a birthday gift.
Beautiful flowers however they looked different then on the photo which was slightly disappointment , but overall still happy with it . Friendly delivery person .
Beautiful roses but what I thought I bought and what I received differed hugely. Lesson learned, don’t be fooled by the picture on the packet!
