This didn’t work sadly. I ordered them the day before and checked constantly on the arrival time throughout the day. They didn’t get to our hosts until 20:30 that evening. It was embarrassing. I’d really like a refund to be honest. The flowers were lovely but the whole gesture was wasted.

I was a bit disappointed with the colour and content. Although it was the more expensive one shown on the website. I thought just roses bright and ordinary. There were no sprigs of rosemary, no hydrangeas - just ordinary
Very nice flowers but no attempt was made to deliver to No 89 - instead flowers were left with Porter whose day of rest is a Sunday!

The flowers were very dark and sombre. I’d hoped for something prettier. More suitable for a funeral than a birthday.
I also asked that they were delivered before noon, which they weren’t.

It would be nice if it is possible to email an actual picture of the bouquet when emailing to advise the order is being delivered. I ordered the hand tied bouquet on line from Canada for my daughter who lives in Hammersmith and didn’t get a picture of what it looked like until she send one to me.

Felt a little short changed seeing I had spent £150 + delivery. Also, flowers chosen were rather garish and not particularly well combined. You only get one 25th wedding anniversary.

Hi, I was really hoping as I bought a vase to go with the flowers that they would be arranged.
Paid extra for guaranteed delivery before 12 midday. Had not arrived by 12 midday and had to call to chase. Bouquet that arrived was not what I paid for….completely different and much smaller arrangement compared with what I had ordered

I made my order from Switzerland. There was a mistake that the total included 20 pounds for delivery to Switzerland. I wrote and requested the flowers be delivered to my daughter’s address and the additional funds be used for extra flowers and chocolates. Instead she received the small bouquet.
This has been my second order with TFY, I went for the lemon elegance, the golden tulips were beautiful, on screen they appeared to have more white lilac and paper white narcissus/bouvardia which I clearly see I did not get the same as the shown arrangement, which was disappointing. It looked like I had more tulips and eucalyptus with one white lilac and 4 paper white narcissus/bouvardia.
So pleased to be able to order from overseas and that a beautiful arrangement was delivered in time.

The flowers may not be exactly as the image, but that is the nature of floristry, in order to get the best flowers in peak condition to the customer, Flower Yard chooses what is best in season. The selection was beautiful and the order executed really well, they seamlessly accommodated a very last minute change and delay in delivery too. Finally, the recipient loved them! I will certainly be using The Flower Yard again.

I ordered flowers from Canada, for delivery in London. I received confirmation of the flowers being delivered, which was comforting. My sister sent me a photo of the arrangement and they were gorgeous.
On delivery date, my son’s birthday, the shop alerted me that the first attempt for delivery failed. When I called, short moments before closing time as I am in Boston, I gave my son’s number to contact him for next day delivery. The salesperson told me she would tell the driver and, miraculously, delivery happened within an hour, on my son’s birthday!!! She demonstrated sensitivity and professionalism in fulfilling my request!
Bad service, take no accountability for their inability to deliver the service they claim (and charge for).
The bouquet you sent was gorgeous. I'm sending from the US to my niece in London and I'm thrilled I found you. She sent me photos the day she received and days later and it was thriving. And the price was certainly reasonable. I'm also glad you identified what size bouquet was pictured so I wasn't misled. This worked great and next time I don't have to send a vase.
