Burnt Orange Hand Tied

Ordered day before and at 4pm chased as not delivered. Was encouraged to load an app just to track. Chose not to and called - no answer. then emailed. Received reply some time later that they had been delivered 2 hours prior at about 4pm Which they hadn’t. Actually gave up at that point assuming delivered to wrong address then they showed up at 7.30pm, thankfully. Flowers are great if pricey but the process of calling/chasing/tracking - annoyingly hard.

I was sent your Burnt Orange Hand Tied bouquet by someone, and couldn't believe how beautiful it was! I then sent the same bouquet to a friend as a thank you. "Stunning" was the word she used to describe it. Thank you for creating such amazing flower displays. They're like floral works of art.

I've used this floral service several times and they average about 1 out of 3 failures. The customer service is horrible! The flowers are usually wonderful and stay very fresh, but when you have to use customer service, forget it! Rude, hateful and defensive! Until they get someone who understands good customer service, those reviews will never get better!

I ordered a really beautiful tightly arranged bouquet with statement flowers. Sadly a loose bunch of flowers arrived with small berries instead of the large statement flowers. It was nothing like the photo apart fro the colour of a few roses. The website said same day delivery x I ordered at 9am for same day and they came the next day. £47 for disappointment

They looked beautiful, and were received well. Pricing is below average for Central London, which is always good to know. Will definitely order again.
