I ordered flowers for same-day delivery - got a notification of delivery but nothing was delivered. I emailed, called multiple times and haven't heard anything back. Will be re-charging through the bank to get my money back.
The instructions for the delivery were put in tye notes of the flowers.
Ridiculous.

A very disappointing outcome with the delivery of the flowers we ordered
for my daughter’s birthday in London.
Firstly, they didn’t look (from photo on delivery) as abundant or impressive as
your ‘site’ depicted.
Secondly, they arrived two weeks late!

The flowers were incredibly fresh, and the arrangement looked exactly as it did online - truly tastefully assembled and so elegant. I ordered online and followed up with a call - just to be sure. They answered the phone quickly, and were very friendly. The Flower Yard is my new go-to florist. Highly recommend!!
Flowers unfortunately only lasted a few days - expected more given the price. Had also ordered hyacinths which were not part of the bouquet and unhelpfully no refund or gesture was offered. Will not be ordering again from this shop.
Reassured via phone that in person delivery (flat/s), also time. Delivery celebrating anniversary. Delivery did not arrive at specified time. No communication (phone/text/door buzzer). Recipient/s found flowers on doorstep later that night. Flowers content differed from advetised photo. Would not have selected differing selection. Will stick to original plan; going into local shop front florist. Front line staff not to blame: no doubt pressured & low paid. Poor attention to detail fault of management.

I made a mistake in my order, and emailed to correct it, asking for an acknowledgment, which didn’t come. The order was fulfilled correctly, but a quick email would have avoided some anxiety. Apparently the flowers are lovely, though they don’t look much like the picture on the website.
I sent 'Simple and Graceful' as a thank you gift. I saw them on a video call and I was very impressed as they looked fresh, beautiful and just like the photo. Apparently there were enough to fill two vases and the recipient was thrilled with them.

I received a voice mail to say that there was was a problem with the delivery of flowers for my sister-in-law’s birthday on Friday. When I called back Maria (I think her name was) was so helpful. Even though the Flower Yard was closed she made up the bouquet and delivered it herself. I was so grateful
My only disappointment was shop not getting back to me [responding] on my initial enquiry with regards to the order. This could have been handled better considering the telephone number on the website does not seem to work..
